| SNO CONE SYRUP MIXING PROCEDURE
(1) Mix 5 ½ lbs. Sugar with enough water to measure 123 fluid oz. Stir until thoroughly mixed
(2) Add 1 oz Sodium Benzoate Solution. (This is a preservative agent and prolongs shelf life of the product) Mix thoroughly with previous ingredients.
(3) Add 4 oz Drafft Flavor Concentrate.
Mix thoroughly with previous ingredients.
(4) Add 1 cap-full of Citric Acid solution.
Mix thoroughly with previous ingredients.
** STEP #4 IS OPTIONAL. DRAFFT CONCENTRATE ALREADY CONTAINS ACID AS A PRESERVATIVE. COMPLETE STEPS ONE THROUGH THREE, THEN TASTE. IS A MORE TART FLAVOR IS DESIRED, ADD THE ADDITIONAL CITRIC ACID.
* 1 QUART (32 OZ) BOTTLE OF CONCENTRATE MAKES 8 GALLONS READY TO USE SNO CONE SYRUP.
½ GALLON (64 OZ) BOTTLE MAKES 16 GALLONS RTU SCS.
1 GALLON (128 OZ) BOTTLE MAKES 32 GALLONS RTU SCS.
*ADD 1 OZ CONCENTRATE TO A QUART BOTTLE OF SUGAR FREE BASE FOR A DIET RTU SCS.
ADD 4 OZ CONCENTRATE TO A GALLON BOTTLE OF SUGAR FREE BASE.
